JOSHUA MASSOUD, J.D.
Managing Partner

Joshua Massoud is a seasoned Tax Credit and Government Incentives veteran and founding partner of Tax Credit Collective, LLC.  Joshua has worked at a prestigious list of national tax and law firms throughout his career since graduating from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.  With his combined technical and legal experience, he has helped manage the most nuanced of engagements across the U.S.  Joshua possesses a deep knowledge of a number of tax-related services, including the Federal R&D Tax Credit, 179D, Interest Charge – Domestic International Sales Corporation (IC-DISC) and State Statutory and Negotiated Incentives, among others. 

 

When not helping businesses capture tax credits, he is an avid bass fisherman and competitive boxer with a 9-1 record. He is husband to Jen and dad to Marleigh and Lily.

Lindsay Polyak, Partner, Tax Credit Collective

LINDSAY POLYAK
Partner

A Florida native turned Texan, Lindsay has worked with small to mid-size businesses in the DFW area since 2000.  With a background in the public accounting industry, she understands the importance of helping to increase business profitability on both the top and bottom line.  Lindsay has a passion for networking, connecting people, and public speaking.  She partners with CPAs and helps small to midsize businesses improve their cash flow by uncovering specialized tax credits that were previously missed or under-claimed.

 

Beyond leadership and business development, she enjoys volunteering in the education and special needs community.  Her greatest personal accomplishments are being mom to Sawyer and Finn and wife to Zack.

JULIE OROZCO
Project Director

Julie has worked in nonprofit and small business operations since 2013.  With a background in higher education administration, she understands the importance of working with annual timelines and staying ahead of deadlines.  Julie has a passion for organizational strategy, leadership support, and efficient project management.  She partners with the TCC team to streamline the preparation of tax credit studies and ensure client satisfaction.  

 

Beyond shepherding tax credit studies, Julie enjoys classical piano music and spending time with her husband Luis and friends.

THERESA PRINCE-COLE
Technical Writing Manager

Theresa Prince-Cole is a seasoned Technical Writer for Tax Credit Collective.  She has worked with many different industries such as engineering, finance, oil and gas, and technology-based firms to implement documentation software, create standard operating procedures, update procedure manuals, create technical support and user manuals and restructure engineering documentation.  With the combined knowledge from different industries and multi-disciplinary studies, Theresa has garnered an appetite for learning and perfecting her craft as a technical writer.  She has a passion for helping small to mid-sized businesses grow to their full potential.

 

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with the youth in her community, and traveling.

CHASE FALK
Quantitative Services Manager

Chase has been helping clients capture research and development tax credits since 2011. With a strong technical background in data processing and analysis, he specializes in the identification and substantiation of qualified expenses used in the calculation of these specialized incentives. He has experience working with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large multiple-entity corporations, across a variety of industries including software, manufacturing, oil and gas, and finance.

 

When Chase is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, baking, and coaching his kids’ soccer teams.

JENN RIDGEWAY
Operations Associate

Jenn has worked in supportive business roles since being hired at her first job as an administrative assistant in 2003. Not only has she worked in supportive roles for small businesses, she also owned her own successful small business. Having both the perspective of supportive business administration as well as her experience as a business owner, Jenn has crafted the ability to efficiently manage many of the administrative operations required for a team’s overall success. Jenn has a passion and drive for being the go-to resource for her team, knowing that this enables them to thrive in their roles.

 

When not in business mode, Jenn is an accomplished photographer and enjoys spending her free time behind a lens. Her greatest joy is being mom to her three active boys and wife to Anthony.

LAUREN SHERMAN
Sales Development Representative

Lauren graduated in 2019, from a respected university, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Lauren previously worked as a Talent Development Specialist at a technology-based firm where she cultivated her business and client-relation skills. Lauren has a passion for helping people, which drives her to build deep-rooted connections with clients to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

 

When not working, Lauren likes to play video games with friends and enjoys nature and painting.

JOSEPH LAMMERS
Sales Development Representative

Joseph is a proud Texas A&M graduate, where he also spent close to 10 years providing accounting services on campus. Having spent time in small business operations roles, Joseph understands the importance of minimizing the burden of taxes for small businesses and is passionate about TCC's mission to bring big business tax credit opportunities to businesses of all sizes. 

 

Joseph spends his free time with his girls Marien and Madeleine, his superstar wife Marcie, and Mina - the family dog. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, traditional archery, and being outdoors.

JOE CAPPELLETTI
Sales Development Representative

Joe is a Musical Theater major with a background rooted in Theater production. He has a diverse work history which includes time spent as an Electrical Technician and in Aviation OEM Sales, where he led a large team with the responsibility of overseeing an annual budget that exceeded seventy million dollars. 

 

When not at work, his favorite time is spent with his young son Giovanni and golfing with his wife Jamie. He also enjoys traveling and is looking forward to doing more exploring with his family soon.
